 There is a lot of work that goes into making pies. The first thing we do with the apples is grading them. We sort out the best for selling in the box, or by the pound, and from there we select the ones that will go into pies and fresh squeezed apple cider. The apples are then peeled, cored and sliced for apple pie. Stop by to see for yourself this very interesting process. Pictures and words are great but fresh apple pie and ice cream are hard to beat!
