Fall tours at Cover’s Apple Ranch
Cover’s Apple Ranch offers tours for groups – school groups, church groups, interest groups – you name it. The tour includes a pie making demonstration, barnyard tour with petting zoo, orchard tour, and a train ride. A small cookie and an apple cider sipper will be served to each person during the tour.
Tours are for groups of ten people or more.
Please inform your group’s parents that all adults (and siblings) on the tour will be paying participants.
Please have one person, a tour coordinator, responsible for your group. If paying at the time of the tour, your coordinator will be in charge of coordinating payment for the entire group. If an invoice is to be sent, your coordinator will be responsible for providing billing information. Your coordinator will be asked to agree and sign acceptance of the head count and costs. In the event of cancellation, at least 24 hours-notice is required, or you must pay half the cost of the tour.
Other things to note:
- Bus parking is to the left on the upper level when entering the parking area.
- It would be nice for our tour guides if you and your students had name tags.
- Please tell the children that we cannot allow any climbing on the rocks.
- In the gift shop, please chaperone children as there are a lot of breakables.
We encourage you to pre-order your baked goods if you plan on purchasing any so we can be sure to have what you want. You can still order at the store if you are not able to pre-order. Our pre-order menu is available below.
Birthday parties or other group reservations
Please call (209) 928-4689 to book space for you or a loved one’s birthday party or special event. Please note that Cover’s Apple Ranch is closed on Sundays and Mondays. If catering is desired, please make reservations and menu arrangements at least two weeks in advance. Cover’s offers several meal/menu options to fit your budget.
